Main performance characteristics:
1) IR PRO SC V.3 has two heating tops, infrared and hot air. High-quality IR heating plate, maximum power 400W, hot air maximum power 800w.The bottom part is infrared 2400w, generosity appearance, high temperature performance, especially for lead-free products.

2) IR-PRO-SC V.3 has RS232 interface, can connect PC with communication function, you can connect desktop and laptop, and comes with temperature control software, easy to operate.

3) IR-PRO-SC V.2 can be set by computer, can store 10 sets of temperature control curve (factory has set 6 set of common curve).

4) IR-PRO-SC V.2 contact temperature sensor connected easily, and collecting data very accurate, with alarm prompt while complete the welding.

5) IR-PRO-SC V.2 uses far infrared technology, without hot air flow during the process of heating, without affecting the surrounding components, the heating stencils won’t be deformed, reballing more easily.

6) PCB board positioned using V-shaped with a flexible fixture, protect PCB board effectively, prevent PCB edge device from damage and deformation, and can adapt to rework BGA package sizes.
